- Ship Collisions: inclusive of speed and angle of blow, damage and repair cost assessment (both “straight” and “WP” surveys), liability analysis and apportionment.
- Groundings: inclusive of damage and repair cost assessment, wreck removal/ salvage tenders and CTL consultancy
- Pollution Control: inclusive of establishing cause, spill quantity, persistence factor, clean-up superintendence, liaison with local authorities and claims settlement
- Dock damage, inclusive of establishing pre-existing damage, contributory negligence, delay and consequential losses, extent, cost and duration of repairs etc.
- Litigation Support including:
- Interviewing of witnesses and production of notarized and legally privileged statement
- Collection, copying and collation of all relevant documentation to indexed binders
